I'm really excited about this one! I'm the type of person/scrapper that saves everything to possibly use to scrap or create with later. I keep ribbons and cool tags from just about everything. Sooooooo when I saw this ad in Scrapbook Etc. (Aug/Sept 2008) magazine I knew exactly what I wanted to do.
This ad is for a new line of paper Sassafras is coming out with called "happy place". There is a small piece of the paper in the ad with a scalloped edge. I thought oh how cute. So I tore it out.
Now check out the cool card I made with it. All I did was trim it down some width wise, added a ribbon down it, stamped "Be Happy" then added a little bling. The funny thing is I didn't know the line of the paper was called "happy place" when I chose the stamp "Be Happy" (CMTH stamp). Since I can't leave things well enough alone I also got out my Twinkling H2O paints and colored in the blue around the clouds, also colored some green areas and the brown area. I took a couple of close up pics so you can see the sparkle.

I want that paper!!! Love how you think...I would have never torn it out to use it. Great Idea. I used or re-used a TP roll to make a lil tag book with it.
That paper is divine!!!!! What a great idea!!
BTW- If you need a good church in Broken Arrow just e-mail me. We have churches all around Oklahoma, and the rest of the world. :)
Have a great day!
